RETURNS: CONTACT ME BEFORE POSTING THE ITEM.
Within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only on unworn items returned in their original (unworn) condition and packaging, and where the buyer has taken reasonable care of the goods. Contact me for details should you wish to return an item PRIOR to posting the item.

 

EXCEPTIONS: Cases where I am contacted outside the stipulated 14 days of receipt period and where the consumer is responsible for the breach of the statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

 

CUSTOM & CUSTOMISED ORDERS: Bespoke/tailor-made or customised items are not eligible for returns/refunds. I will work with you on your order and will do reasonably everything I can to make sure that you are happy with it prior to posting.

 

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued on eligible items/orders within 14 days of me getting the goods back. 

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

 

EXCHANGES: Items can be exchanged. However, as most jewellery items are one of a kind and others are highly individual, you might not be able to exchange for the same item/design.

 

The buyer pays the return postage fee unless the goods are faulty.
